Kim Nimon, President

Kim Nimon, a founder of the Company, has been President of the Company since itís inception in 1996. In 2000, Kim helped found Evaluent, Inc. where she provided consulting services acting as Interim President. During this startup phase, she retained, managed, and supported the appropriate resources to build a company that provided an innovative, 100% customizable workforce management software product to support the human resource needs of companies of all sizes.  1998, Kim helped found Vianet Technologies, Inc. where she provided consulting services acting as Interim Executive Vice President. During this startup phase, she assimilated the acquisitions of three technology companies and led the development and operational effort for its video, DLCs, LAN/WAN interconnection devices, and multi-media communication product lines. In 1997, Kim provided consulting services to Coyote Technologies, acting as their interim VP of Engineering. In this capacity, she was responsible for relocating their engineering department to Dallas,  was instrumental in securing and managing the resources required to complete the DSS/SSA system development and provided executive management oversight during the overseas beta test.  From 1986 to 1996, she was the Executive Vice President of DNA Enterprises, Inc. In this capacity she was responsible for the management of all DNA project and all marketing programs. During her tenure, DNA became a premier turnkey development organization with an admirable record of on-time and on-budget programs. She was also awarded two patents. Prior to DNA, she managed project for DSC Communications. Earlier, she was a software engineer with Texas Instruments. Bob Nimon, Vice President

Bob Nimon, co-founded DNA Enterprises and built a  profitable business that was sold to a public company in 1996.  Since then, he has served as a partner in Nimon Consulting, building a portfolio of major telecommunications and software vendor clients.  Mr. Nimon holds  patents in telecommunications, multiprocessor design, and embedded application  methods.   Bob Nimon is  one of the leading embedded system architects in the country, having designed process control and switching systems, interprocessor communications subsystems and large multi-rate cross-connect systems for his customers such as MCI, GTE, Sprint, Intelect Communications Systems and Honeywell. The DNA experience afforded Mr. Nimon opportunities to work with the senior management of a diverse group of companies to help solve their intractable problems. Through these opportunities, coupled with the demands of managing his own company consisting of a large number of software and hardware engineers, he gained experience in all areas of corporate and product development.
